Get started early!
Gymnastics can help children at an early age to develop body control, coordination and strength, as well as self confidence, while having fun and learning with other children their age. It also creates a strong foundation for other sports that children may try in the future.
We offer various classes for various ages from walking to 5 years of age, and work with circuits where the children not only develop and build on the foundational skills of gymnastics, but also on listening skills, patience, independence and interacting with other children in a playful, yet structured environment.
